Write to us if something is broken, if you want to tell us about your project, or just to say hi.

Something broke — use the widget in the dashboard​

The fastest route: the 💬 button in the bottom right corner of app.layero.ru. Pick the project in the selector and we attach the context ourselves — the link, the branch, the last failed deploy. An operator sees the ticket within a few minutes, and the window then turns into a chat.

You can attach screenshots to a message — paste from the clipboard, use the paperclip, or drag the file in. More on tickets and response times on the Support page.

Telegram​

The @layero_support_bot bot, if you would rather write in Telegram. Link it from the widget with the "Connect Telegram" button: operator replies are then mirrored to your DMs and the history stays in the chat.

Email and GitHub​

  • hello@layero.ru — write to us. General questions, partnerships, anything that is not a specific broken deploy.
  • github.com/LayeroInfra — the example sources, the GitHub Action, the AI-IDE plugin and these docs. Issues are open on every repository: if you find a bug in an example or in the documentation, file it there.

Response times​

Ordinary questions — within the working day, Moscow time. Sites that are down and problems with serving — within the hour.
